This Explains A Lot, Sadly

From Donald Rumsfeld's recent speech to the American Legion (full disturbing text here):

Apparently the Defense Secretary has really taken Clemenceau's aphorism to heart and made it our military strategy in Iraq.

Hmmm... victory for whom, Donald, victory for whom?
